If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for  a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please make sure the product is unopened and in its original condition.

REFUND:

Once we have received your returned item,  we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We are happy to accommodate a full refund, less any return delivery and/or collection charges. We endeavour to process refunds within 10 working days.
